What we collect

This website doesn’t store what you type. The forms on this site open an email to hello@getupshine.com with your details filled in, and nothing is sent until you hit send in your own email app. When you email us, we receive your business name, city, email address, and anything else you include.

How we use it

• To run your mini-audit: we ask AI tools questions about businesses like yours in your city.
• To reply to you: we send your snapshot and answer your questions. We may follow up about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t rent it or trade it. We don’t post anything on your behalf without your OK.

Who else sees it

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site. Google Fonts serves the typefaces and receives normal browser requests. The forms open your own email app; this website does not store submissions on a server. Forms open your email app. Paid options use Stripe Payment Links for checkout. If we connect form/email, AI, or payment providers later, we will update this policy before using them with your data.

Retention and future forms

Details you choose to email us are kept only as needed to answer and provide the requested service, up to 24 months unless you ask for deletion earlier or law requires longer retention. When server-backed forms are connected, the intended policy is the same: lead details kept for up to 24 months and deletion within 30 days of a request.

Cookies and analytics

This build adds no cookies and uses no analytics service. Anonymous interaction events are placed in an in-memory dataLayer in your browser only; no tracker reads or transmits them, and they contain no form values. Submitting a form records an attempted mailto handoff, not a captured lead. Paid-option links open Stripe checkout; free forms still open an email.

Deleting your data

Email hello@getupshine.com and ask us to delete your data. We reply and complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must retain by law; we will explain any exception.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top.
