What we offer
Upshine checks what AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini say when people ask about businesses like yours. We offer a free mini-audit, a one-time full audit, and a monthly plan where we help make fixes and recheck each month.
What we can’t promise
AI answers are outside our control and can change at any time. We can’t guarantee that ChatGPT, Gemini, or any AI tool will name your business, rank you first, or bring you more revenue. We show you what the answers say before and after our work.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to these services is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior three months. This does not limit rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
California law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
Your approval
We don’t make any change to your website or listings without your OK.
Reviews
We never write or post fake reviews. We can help you ask real customers for reviews.
Payments and cancelling
The full audit is a one-time payment. The monthly plan is billed each month. You can cancel any month, with no contract. Cancelling stops future charges.
